Russian gymnast diet: day one (7/23)
I am going to do this diet for as long as I can and will be posting day to day consumption, lets see how much I can lose on this! And ofcourse I will be consuming lots of water!!!
SW: lets just say 114
Brunch: Apple juice
So was on vacation for a week, and ate. Now I am...
So one of my cousins, who is in 1st grade, she hardly eats. her mom complains constantly that she doesn’t eat. I think when I was eating, seh also got hungry and went in the kitchen to hunt for something but when her mom asked if she should make her something, she said no..So makes me wonder…hmm… maybe I will become a picky eater and eat less! :)
Binged....FML
will be starting the caroline kettlewell diet tomorrrow…Just spoke to an old friedn who i dated for a day and well we might up, I want him to realize what he lost so no more binging, just got to get hot!!! :)
So the diet for the next few days:
So wednesday thursday friday:
B: skip as usual
L: coffee from sbucks
D: an orange and yogurt(fat free)
And then if I am feeling okay then will continue this diet or else I will just up-take my calorie intake to about 500 and stick to that!! :)
Doing the RGD for the next 4-5 days! wish me...

Breakfast: Glass of either orange or apple juice Lunch: Fruit Salad (made off kiwi fruit, orange, pineapple, and peeled apples) Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits) Dinner: Glass of non carbonated water* Green apple Anyone on this diet for 5-7 days can loose between 4 lbs-11 lbs *non carbonated means non fizzy, so normal water.
