I love miranda kerr;
She is my thinspiration, I recently saw some pictures of her on her family vacation, and she just gave birth and in one pic there was ribs and hip bones were showing so it made me think, since I wana be like her I might as well look like her, and I am sure she works out often and diets. SO from tomorrow I am going to start my diet in the hopes of looking like her! :)

Okay so heres the plan:
Ate too much today due to family together and when we were leaving ot go home, my cousin and I measured our body, and she is like half of me, and well I want to acheive that since she has new clothes and I wana fit into them. so my punishment diet not going so well,  I am a loser. Had pizza due to someting. why cant I stop eating? Punishment Diet:
My punishment diet is so far okay, just had medium coffee from dunking donuts with skim milk and splenda. and peanuts(was feeling dizzy and extremely grumpy) And in the evening some fruits. Will do this until sunday and then on monday back to sgd.

“I am also going to try the Skinny Girl Diet starting tomorrow. But the thing is, if you follow it exactly and eat like 300-650 calories a day for 30 days your metabolism will slow down. When you start eating again you will gain the weight back, if not more, very, very quickly. I suggest you avoid destroying your metabolism by following the diet for a week then switching to 1,200+ calories....

I have decided:
1) To be on skinny girl diet till june 18 (my birthday) 2) TO update everyday of my intakes because when I was starting the SGD I wondered what people ate and what not but found only certain days of food, and not all the 30 days so this should help others as well as myself!

batteredroses asked: Yep, I did it today and pull off skinny girl day one fairly well. Came close to the allowance but didn't budge over it. Gotta announce my tally still but it's a nice feeling. My family just ordered dinner though (it's 9:30pm here, eesh, guys!) and I'm glad I haven't touched it yet. Still gotta do my work out though. Damn homework. Stay strong, dear~

WIll be re-starting tomorrow and will nto gorge on all the delicacies. Must lose 4 pounds in the next two weeks. I can do this!
