Binged..
I binged today, but its cool because I realized that if I eat or diet properly, I am able to loose a pound in 2 days. I spoke to this lady and she said its healthy to binge once a week, but dont binge to a point where you have consumed 3500 calories…My binge wasn’t 3500 calories so I don’t think I gained a pound. But by this saturday I do hope to loose a pound! ;)

Weekly Weigh in:
Um, not sure what the weight is, I checked on wednesday and it was 121, this morning, I checked and it was again 121.0 and then I went to pee and got back on scale and it read 120.2. I checked 3-4 times to see what my weight was. And then took the machine to the kitchen and again it was 120.2. I just want to thank everyone who gave me advice...
I have to follow that because when I wanted to binge on this rice thing my mom made, I thought to my self, this will satisfy me for an hour the most or mts, but the guilt will eat my from the inside. so For few mts of satisfaction I can’t give up my hard work. Last Night=Pure Evil
UGHHHH!!! Last night went out to applebees with the family and I ate a little too much. I felt disgusted because the weekend was supposed to be good and well I screwed up. TODAY when I woke up early am, I was dreading the fact that I had to chekc my weight, I was sure that I was 126lbs but to my amazement I was 123.0lbs! But I am unhappy with it. So Ive decided this weekend=NO CARBS. I will have some tea and salad and fruit. Thats all. With lots of water and atlest 30mts of exercise along with jillian michels 30 day shred.
